Subsea Cable

ChimeraX™ subsea and amphibious fiber cables suit river and lake crossings, near-shore links and offshore platforms. They also suit horizontal directional drilling, where cables face high water pressure and tension. The range includes a 144-fiber submarine cable with stainless steel tube armour. A 96-fiber amphibious cable uses metal-tube fiber bundles and steel wire armour for use in air and seawater. An 864-fiber amphibious G652D cable serves high-capacity crossings. Long single drum lengths reduce the number of splices on a crossing. Each product page lists fiber count, armour, weight in air and water, and tensile ratings.
