Contact Our TeamOur ISO-certified warehouse in Singapore covers around 50,000 sq ft and sits close to the port, which keeps sea freight transit short and makes it easier to consolidate regional shipments. From here we serve customers throughout Southeast Asia and ship onward to Europe and the United States.
Cable drums, racks and cabinets are shipped by sea by default. All sea freight shipments are palletised to protect goods during handling and transit.
When a project timeline is tight, cables and cabinets can be sent by air freight at a higher shipping cost. Air shipments are not palletised.
Patch cords, transceivers and other small accessories in smaller quantities are shipped by express courier, including DHL, FedEx and SF Express.
Orders are delivered to your specified address anywhere in Singapore by default. If you prefer, you can also collect your order yourself.
