Hermesys LadonX™ series All-Dielectric Self-Supporting cables are designed for easy and fast single pass installations.
The light weight construction is ideal for usage along utility poles for cable television, telecom or other outside plant campus backbone applications without the need for cable lashing or grounding or where metallic cable can not be used. The cable is suited for power lines under 110kV.
The standard span length is 100m and customized span length reaches up to 400m. Round cable design minimized wind and ice loading for reducing cable sag and tensile forces on towers supports hardware.
Features and Benefits
Non metallic FRP central strength member is lighter and more flexible. No rust issue in the whole cable life.
PBTP loose tube filling with suitable water tightness compound prevents the ingress of water.
Loose tubes S-Z stranded around the central strength member.
Aramid yarns strength elements for superior cable tensile strength and stability.
The Black PE jacket is suited for outdoor use with high performance UV resistance.
