The Hermesys ChimeraX™ UL2464 Data Control Cable is an overall-screened, multi-conductor cable built for instrumentation, monitoring, and control wiring. Offered across five conductor sizes and multiple pair counts, it is designed to maintain reliable signal integrity in electrically noisy industrial and building-services environments.
Tính Năng Và Lợi Ích Chính
- Overall Al-Mylar foil shielding helps suppress EMI/RFI interference, keeping control and monitoring signals clean in electrically noisy industrial settings
- Annealed stranded tinned copper conductors improve corrosion resistance and solderability, supporting a longer service life in humid or variable environments
- Available across five conductor sizes (16 AWG to 24 AWG) and 1, 2, or 4 pair counts, so designers can standardize on a single cable family for different wiring runs
- Colour-coded conductor pairs simplify circuit identification and speed up installation and troubleshooting
- Stranded tinned copper drain wire gives a low-resistance path for effective shield termination and grounding
- Choice of PVC or LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket lets the same cable design be specified for general-purpose runs or for environments that require low-smoke, halogen-free performance
- Wide -20°C to +70°C operating range suits both indoor equipment enclosures and less-controlled installation environments
- 300V maximum operating voltage is well matched to typical control, monitoring, and data-signal circuits
