ChimeraX™ military cables are field-deployable fiber cables for tactical communications and rapid network set-up. The crush-resistant field cable protects tight-buffered fibers inside a stainless steel tube. Aramid yarn, a stainless steel braid and a tough outer sheath add strength. Crews can lay it on the ground, drive over it and recover it for reuse. It handles repeated deployment from drums in rough terrain.
