The Hermesys ChimeraX™ EIB KNX Fire Retardant Cable is a 2-pair bus cable purpose-built for EIB/KNX building automation and intelligent building management systems. Its fire-retardant, shielded construction supports reliable data communication for lighting, blinds, heating, ventilation, and other building control applications, and can be installed in dry, moist, or wet areas as well as alongside high-power supply cables.
Tính Năng Và Lợi Ích Chính
- Solid bare copper conductors ensure stable, low-resistance signal transmission for reliable bus communication
- Aluminum foil-polyester shield with 100% coverage plus a dedicated drain wire provides strong EMI protection for clean, interference-free EIB/KNX signals
- Fire retardant construction limits flame spread, supporting use in enclosed building environments
- PVC or LSOH outer jacket options let you match the cable to your project’s fire-safety and smoke requirements
- Wide -20°C to +70°C operating range suits installation in interior, exterior, and varied climate conditions
- Rated for dry, moist, and wet area installation, and can be routed together with high-power supply cables without restriction
- Compact 6.8mm overall diameter and >10D minimum bending radius ease routing through conduits, plaster, and tight spaces
- Color-coded pairs (Red/Black, White/Yellow) simplify identification and termination on site
- Factory-tested to 2.5kV insulation withstand, confirming reliable performance before shipment
