The Hermesys LadonX™ micro module indoor fiber optic cable is designed for FTTH deployments in multi-dwelling units (MDUs), high-rise residential buildings, hotels and commercial offices, where fibers must be dropped floor by floor without cutting the cable.
Micro module construction allows easy mid-span access: cut a window in the LSZH outer jacket and retrieve an individual micro module without disturbing the remaining fibers. Two diagonally positioned non-metallic FRP strength members increase tensile strength while keeping the cable light and flexible.
Applications
- FTTH riser and horizontal distribution in multi-dwelling units
- Floor-by-floor fiber drops in high-rise apartments and hotels
- Office and enterprise LAN backbone cabling
- Campus and in-building distribution requiring low smoke zero halogen cable
- Retrofit installations where mid-span access avoids re-pulling cable
