The Hermesys HydraX™ 1.6T 2×DR4 500m OSFP-RHS Optical Transceiver delivers an aggregate data rate of 1.6 Tb/s through eight 200G PAM4 channels. Its parallel single-mode architecture supports high-capacity Ethernet transmission over distances up to 500 metres, providing a scalable optical connection for next-generation data centre and AI networks.
The module combines an eight-lane 1.6TAUI-8 host interface with dual DR4 optical paths. EML transmitters, PIN receivers and MPO-12/APC connectivity provide efficient parallel transmission within the 1310nm wavelength range.
