The Hermesys HydraX™ 800G OSFP SR8 Optical Transceiver is an eight-channel, parallel, hot-pluggable fiber-optic module designed for 800 Gigabit Ethernet and InfiniBand applications. It provides high-performance connectivity for short-reach data communication and interconnect applications. The module integrates eight transmit and eight receive lanes, with each lane operating at 53.125 GBd using PAM4 modulation. It operates over multimode fiber at a nominal wavelength of 850 nm.
