The Hermesys 800G QSFP-DD SR8 is an eight-channel, parallel, pluggable fiber-optic transceiver built for 800 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It integrates eight data lanes in each direction at 8×53.125 GBd and is designed to operate over multimode fiber systems at a nominal wavelength of 850nm, making it well suited for short-reach data communication and interconnect applications.
