Inner Spiraling Air Blown Direct Buried Duct, GryphonX™

The Hermesys GryphonX™ Inner Spiraling Air Blown Direct Buried Duct (40/33mm) is a direct-buried microduct built for long-haul telecom routes. Its ribbed inner bore is shaped to improve air flow during cable jetting. It comes either as a bare duct or with a pre-installed pulling rope for sites needing a mechanical pull-in option.

Tính Năng Và Lợi Ích Chính

• Concentric internal ribbing shapes air flow into a spiraling pattern, which improves jetting dynamics and extends blowing distance.
• Low-friction inner silicone duct compound reduces drag on the cable, which increases the practical run length per blowing setup.
• Optional pre-installed pulling rope (8 kN tensile strength) gives installers a mechanical pull-in option alongside air jetting. This helps where blowing conditions are difficult.
• 100% original HDPE construction keeps ovality low (≤5% before coiling). This keeps the duct bore round and consistent for reliable cable feed.
• High hardness outer wall and low internal coefficient of friction combine mechanical durability with smooth cable travel.
• Wide -40°C to +70°C storage and operation range suits direct-buried installation in varied climates.
• It also has a high rated air pressure and pulling load tolerance, supporting demanding long-haul blowing installations.
